A Major refurbishment at one of the Accor Hotel Group's flagship sites in London. The project was focused on being visually impressive with extensive use of black granite and stylish refrigerated displays.
The complete fit-out works included the long cocktail bar, several free-standing buffet displays both hot and cold, and a completely bespoke kitchen with central cooking island suite. The Holmes package also included the new Aserve carvery station for the hotel's roast dinner service, which incorporates the patented Aplate energy-saving technology and a roll-in hotcupboard underneath.
