Holmes Group were tasked to improve the 'World of food' hall and add a
cafe area complete with seating.
Existing food hall counters were moved and in some instances modified and
re-installed in other areas. This allowed the supply and installation of a new cafe front and rear counter and bakery display area. All services and flooring had to be altered to accomodate the new area and made good where necessary within a strict time frame to allow the store to re-open and recommence trading.
