Holmes Group were tasked with taking an open section of the traditional servery seating area and converting it into a separate high quality waitress served area, in a 'colonial' style.
Holmes Group undertook all works in-house including design, mechanical and electrical works, strip out, flooring, ceilings, partitions, decorations, furniture and even supplied and installed the piano!
